TD's Veo portal is going away after 7/22/2024, so we recommend downloading historical daily account files, statements, and tax documents for your records. It does not look like those files will be available under Schwab Advisor Center once Veo is retired.
1. Change browser download settings.
Since you will be downloading multiple files, you should make sure your browser is set to download files without asking for the location. You can revert this change after downloading TD files if you prefer.
For Chrome or Brave, the setting should look like this:
2. Log in to Veo, then go to Account Management > File Download.
3. Find files to download using filters.
Change the From and To Dates, File Type to Portfolio Files > TDA Institutional, and Previously Downloaded to ALL You can leave Rep Code to All. TD only allows downloads per file type, so this and the following steps will have to be repeated for each file type.
Then click Apply.
4. Select all files to download.
5. Click the Download button.
6. Repeat for statements.
Open Filters, change the File Type to Monthly Statements, then click Apply. Then repeat steps 4-5 to download statements.
7. Repeat for tax documents.
Open Filters, change the File Type to Tax Documents, then click Apply. Then repeat steps 4-5 to download tax documents.
8. Share files with Capitect
Once downloaded, share those files with us at service@capitect.com using your preferred file sharing service (Dropbox, Google Drive, ShareFile, etc).
