Many states require advisors to notify their clients of their fees prior to withdrawal. Capitect provides advisors the ability to easily send email notifications to each client with a link to their specific invoices.
This article outlines the steps to generate client email notifications with the system.
1. Select Records
From Client Billing → Records → select billing records for notification.
2. Send Email Notification
Under 'Bulk Action', select 'Send Email Notification' → click 'Send Email' → Compose email message → click 'Send Email'.
Note: Use 'Save as Template' to save the email message as a template to be used in the next billing period email notification.
3. Verify Sent Email
The advisor is cc'd on any system-generated emails, including client billing notifications. The advisor's email can then be archived and may be helpful during compliance reviews/audits.
