Advisors can create customized bundled reports (holdings, performance, and invoice) in batch for clients.
Below are detailed steps to create the reports for distribution:
- From 'Reports' -> 'Clients' -> Select Client(s) -> Click 'Generate Reports'
This provides a menu of specific reports to be included in the bundled reports. - Customize the bundled report
There are three types of reports available. All three are exposed by default in the report generation menu, however these can all be edited, removed, added, and customized as desired. Each report type will have additional options for customization.
The report types are:
- Performance
- Context: All Accounts or Portfolio
- Time Period: Various performance time periods to be included in the report.
- Display Return As: Time Weighted Return (TWR) or Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
- Benchmark: Firm created benchmark to be included in the report
- Annualize Performance Beyond 1 Year
- Holdings
- Context: All Accounts or Portfolio
- Asset Class Set: Morningstar Asset Classes or Firm create custom asset class sets
- Consolidate Cash
- Show Account Level Detail
- Invoice
The same report type (ie performance) can be added multiple times but for different periods (ie performance time periods).
Once you have customized your bundled report, you can save this as a template for future use by clicking 'Save as Template' at the bottom of the screen.

Generate reports
Click 'Generate Reports' to start processing the customized reports. A link will be provided at the top of the page to the 'Bundled Reports' page where reports will become available as they are processed. Advisor will receive an email alert once all reports have been processed. The 'Bundled Reports' page can also be accessed from Reports -> Client Reports -> Bundled Reports.
